Revisions Guidelines

Please follow these instructions to submit your website revisions.

* You have 14 days to submit your revisions. Revisions should be based upon the desktop version of your site. Revisions to the mobile version of your site will be completed after all desktop revisions are complete. You may submit up to 3 sets of revisions.
Thank you for choosing Simple Websites Fast. To ensure that your revisions process goes smoothly, please follow these guidelines below when submitting them (you may submit up to 3 sets of revisions). If you currently have access to your website builder, please do not make any edits or updates yourself during this process. If you included SEO Set Up with your design, please try to keep important SEO terms and keywords intact (including geographic target areas).

REVISIONS GUIDELINES: 
 
- Email your revisions to us within the body of a single email or on a Word document. Please do not use any formatting that will prevent copying and pasting. All written content for your revisions should be web-ready content.
 
- Be sure that any text you submit is worded the exact way you want it to appear on the website. Please include any content, images or text you want on the site within the revisions (please do not state see my facebook page, see previous email, etc for any of your revisions). Please do not use line cross or strikeout features. Updated text should be in simple copy/paste format.
 
- If you have additional images you need on the website, please email them as attachments in jpg, png or gif format.
 
- Please do not include text/content in your revisions document that you are not submitting revisions for.
 
- Each set of revisions should specifically indicate your changes, including page, text to be replaced/removed, specific image edits, etc. (All new or updated text you submit should be easy to cut and paste.) Keep in mind some revisions may be limited by your theme or template. Please see the example revisions below:

Remove my fax number from the footer
Increase the size of the logo in the header by about 25%
 
Home Page
Replace the 2nd paragraph
 
Replace with this paragraph: This is my brand new site. I wrote new content for the 2nd paragraph. Everyone should visit my new site.   

About Us Page
Replace the 3rd paragraph with

This is a new paragraph I wrote for my website. It is worded just the way I want. This is updated content for my website.  
 
Contact Us Page
Replace the image of the young woman in black with the attached image of the man with the red tie.

 
- Please keep in mind each email sent is considered a set of revisions, so please go through each page and submit all the revisions together.
