Simple Websites Fast (SWF) operates on a fee for service basis. Hosting services are offered by independent companies that are not owned or operated by
Simple Websites Fast. Hosting charges are separate and in addition to our web site design services. SWF is not responsible for any hosting or flash component
problems, suspensions or outages. SWF is not responsible for any loss of business or copyright infringement in relation to your web site development, content,
hosting or outages. Upon completion of your web site, any remaining monies owed are immediately due. You have up to 14 days to submit final changes to
your completed web site. Up to 3 sets of revisions may be submitted. A deposit for web site design services is due before your web site will begin development.
Once your web site development begins your deposit is non-refundable. You have up to 30 days to submit the necessary information to initiate your website
development from the time we receive your deposit. Website development will not begin until all necessary images, collateral and questionnaires are received
by SWF from the client. Any outstanding balance is due upon completion of the web site even if final revisions are still in progress. Balances are considered
past due after 14 days and your web site will be removed from the Internet until the balance is paid in full. If payment is not received in full within 30 days, a
$25 reactivation fee will apply. SWF reserves the right to subcontract any or all web design or development for any client.
Our graphic design services are rendered on a fee for service basis. Printing services and shipping are contracted to independent companies that are not owned
or operated by Simple Websites Fast. We are not responsible for shipping issues or lost packages. Shipping issues must be addressed through the responsible
shipping company. We are not responsible for any loss of business due to your marketing materials, delays in printing or delays/issues with shipping. You are
solely responsible for any copyright infringement in relation to your marketing content. Upon completion of your graphic design, any remaining monies owed
are immediately due. Orders will not be submitted to printers until final payment has been received. Final graphic layouts will be emailed to you for your
electronic approval. Once your order is placed with the printer, revisions may no longer be submitted. You have up to 14 days to submit final changes to your
completed graphic design, which includes up to 3 sets of revisions. A deposit for graphic design services is due before your design work will begin. Deposits are
nonrefundable. Your balance is considered past due after 14 days from the time of invoicing. If payment is not received in full within 30 days, a $15 late fee

client in our portfolio. A $40 returned check fee will be assessed for any returned checks in addition to the outstanding balance owed. Our business name will

client if their content does not meet our guidelines. SWF may change its terms and conditions anytime. Any updates or changes will be posted to this web site.
